How?

  1. Create an account.

    • If you’ve had an account with us before, be sure you can access it here.

    • You ARE NOT signing up for a CSA share but, we still need your Info.

  2. Select a Location.

    1. Opt for a location near you or, home delivery for $5/delivery. Please be within 10 minutes of any our location centers.

      3. Start Ordering!

      • Store hours should be displayed on the page. Look for an email from us too!

FAQs

Are all the items from your farm?

No. We currently source items from other farms, vendors and artisans. If you click on any item you should be able to learn more about the producer or item.


I’m missing an item from my box! Help!

Please be sure to check your confirmation email from us (usually entitled “We Have Your Order!”). The last order that you place is your final order and the items in that email are what you will receive.

If, after checking to see if your order was correct, you’re still missing an item, please contact us to find a suitable replacement. Occasionally, we do replace missing items but, there should be a note in your box explaining the trouble or, an email in your box (be sure to check your SPAM or Promotional folder).


How does CSA differ from the VFM Box?

CSA is a commitment to receive the vegetables and fruits from Titus Farms for an entire season. CSAs are generally paid ahead in the spring, when farmers take on most of their debt, without any guarantee of what you’ll receive. We grow 50+ varieties of produce but, there’s bound to be a few bumps along the road every year.

We DO NOT grow tree or perennial fruit though.

The Virtual Farmers Market Box is just like buying at the farmers market. Items will be listed a few days ahead for pickup on the weekend.

There’s no commitment involved but, the items offered to VFM Box customers will be extras after CSA members receive what they need.


If you miss a box:

We will try our best to contact you through the methods you provided. You are automatically charged no matter what and it is your responsibility to let us know if you are no longer able to pick up your box.


Why do I only give Payment info once?

Your account is linked to whatever payment method you choose. We, Titus Farms, do NOT store your credit card or paypal information though.

This enables you to order whenever you’d like and be automatically billed.


Is there a minimum to order?

Currently, there is no minimum to order. The delivery fee remains the same no matter your order size.


An item was in my cart and then it disappeared. What gives?

That item was unfortunately snatched up by someone else. It is currently out of stock then but, you can email questions at titus farms dot com to see when or if the item will be back.


Can I add to my order?

Sure! You can always add to your order as long as the store is open and items are available.

If you go back to the store, you should notice that your cart still has the items you already added. DO NOT REMOVE ANY ITEMS.

Instead, simply add the things you need and checkout again.

You should receive an email confirmation with your final order. The final email you receive is your final order.
