How to Join Our CSA (Veggie Boxes)
1
CHOOSE YOUR PICKUP SITE
We distribute shares across the Lansing area. Check out our signup page for a map, or let us know if you want to host.
2
CHOOSE THE SIZE & FREQUENCY
Our most popular share is standard-size, distributed every week. You can also add other share types, like eggs, mushrooms, and flowers.
3
ENJOY FRESH, LOCAL FOOD
Pay online and have your first box of fresh veggies customized by you starting in July.
-
We are the ONLY online free-choice CSA in the area! 💚 Fill your fridge with the things you love, and try new things when you want to. Food allergies or picky eaters? No worries; as long as you customize, you can easily avoid those foods.
Since you pre-select these items online and we custom-pack your box, you can also send anyone to pick it up.
-
We've done the legwork to bring you some of the most fabulous farm products in the Mitten.
You can receive local eggs, meat, bread, and more along with your veggies.
No more (at least less) navigating a busy farmer’s market!
-
With our unique weighted credit system, we know you are getting a bonus over buying at the market.
For a Standard Share, you receive 25-30 credits (each worth $1) to spend, but only pay $23.
You can also often buy any extras we have throughout the season on our online store. If we have bulk items like tomatoes or basil, you’ll find those there, too!
-
Joining Titus Farms CSA fills your fridge with fresh veggies, and, as a result, you tend to eat more healthfully.
But they're not just regular ole’ veggies; they’re really, really fresh ones that have more of their original nutritional value and taste better.
Plus, we only use organic methods to grow our veggies and work hard to minimize our carbon footprint wherever we can.
-
Farmers offer CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) shares to build direct relationships with their community. By selling shares early in the growing season, we secure funding for operating costs like seeds and labor, allowing for better planning. This method has allowed our farm to remain viable!
-
We've been on the CSA scene in mid-Michigan for 20 years and have a 68% retention rate.
You can trust that we'll deliver great veggies, or we’ll use our many community connections to fill your box with Michigan goodness.
That’s why spots are limited every year!
Why Choose Titus Farms?
What size Veggie Share to get?
A Large share is double the credits of the Standard distributed every week.
Around $60 worth of veggies for only $40 per week.
$30 worth of produce each week for $23.
Distributed every week for 15 weeks. Our most popular share!
A Standard Share but on alternating weeks.
The size and value are the same as the standard, just less often.
An excellent sampling for $25/week!
Purchase one or multiple shares to get a few extra veggies in your life once a month.
Not sure what to put in the box?
Kale vs kohlrabi? *shrug*
No problem. The box is pre-loaded with the Farmer’s Choice veggies each week, so if you forget to customize, it is automatically yours.
Farmer’s Choice boxes are a mix of new items, staples, plentiful veggies, or those only around for a short time. We try not to include too many unusual items in the Farmer’s Choice box.
You can also contact other CSA members on our private Facebook or WhatsApp group for help!
Veggie CSA members can add other goodies from local farms.
When you join our CSA, you don’t just get access to our gorgeous vegetables. You also get to add many other locally sourced items to your CSA.
