About Winter Growing(November-April):
These crops are often planted in the summer and harvested in the fall. For many crops, this means that once the supply is done, it’s done.
The Crop List
Crop estimations are based on past seasons. However, farming is not an exact science; not every crop works out yearly or is planted in the same window as in previous years. Recently, we also invested in new hoophouses (high tunnels or unheated greenhouses) that will enable us to grow more in those “off” seasons.
