What Do I Do with That? Cooking Class

SUMMER SQUASH: pickle, soup, spiral

1:00 – 3:00pm on Saturday, July 22 at  Allen Market Place in Lansing.

In each two-hour class, you will learn basic skills, techniques and recipes to prepare items from your CSA share and basic nutrition to understand how these foods complete a healthy diet. Get to know your CSA share with taste tests and hands-on preparations, and get to know fellow CSA members while you’re at it.

$38 registers one person for this class
